I hate to say it but I think the Eagles need a complete overhaul of their team. Donovan McNabb is one of my favorite QB's in the league, be he has been dreadful the past couple of games and led a good Eagles team to a 5-4-1 record. His best years are behind him and I don't see him getting any better or having a Kurt Warner type of resurgence any time soon. It might be time to release or trade him and let Kevin Kolb take over. It worked for Green Bay with Rodgers, why couldn't it with the Eagles. Although, Brian Westbrook has been injured, when he does pay he has been underachieving. Him like McNabb is getting old and I don't see much daylight for him in the foreseeable future. Their are a lot of good players and runningbacks in this draft, you could replace Westbrook easily.
As for the defense, they have a lot of talented guys(especially in the secondary) however they have been very ineffective this year. Lito Sheppard and Sheldon Brown are very good trade chips and you may be able to pick up some draft picks for them. It also might be a good time to say good bye to old vet Brian Dawkins, he still is one of the most feared safeties in the league, but his range is starting to be limited.
Also, Andy Reid should be fired.
I'm not even an Eagles fan and I'm freaking out for them.
