The Bruins are coming off a tough loss to the Capitals, but don't expect this team to be down too long. After the Bruins previous 4 losses, they have came back and won the very next game. I expect the Bruins to come out on fire tonight, and really take it to this Thrashers team that is only 2-7-2 in their last 11 games.
The Bruins will most likely have Tim Thomas in net. He is 2nd in the NHL with a 1.90 GAA. The Thrashers on the other hand have had terrible goaltending letting up an average of 3.5 goals a game. With Savard and Kessel on fire, I expect the Bruins to score at least 4 goals tonight. Kessel is still riding his NHL best 13 game point streak, and should have little problem extending that streak a little further.
