"THE TRUTH" about the Sixers vs the Celtics.

Paul Pierce goes by the nickname "The Truth" everyone knows that by now. But why? Don't use the name unless you know why. Sure he's the man on the court, but how did he get the name? There you have it. Now Tuesday "The Truth" is going to have to be at his best because Garrnett is doubtful with a high fever. I can't wait to see this matchup. Thadus Young and Paul Pierce. Young is one of the most young and athletic players in the league. He won't be able to shut down Pierce but it should be a good matchup. Now I must say the Sixers of one of the deepest benches in the league. It's their starters who suck. Now the matchup that the sixers need to control is at the point guard position. Rondo vs Miller/Williams. Andre Miller is one of the most under rated players in the game. But lets face the facts. He'll be out of breath after the first quarter. He can't run with Rondo. Millers high IQ will keep him afloat, but he won't be able to handle the load. Lou Williams comign in behind him will have to be able to hold his own. Williams is a baller, but he's just a worse version of Rondo. But despite the negatives I'd say this Rondo vs Miller/Williams matchup is dead even. Yeah, thats right, two men to contain one. At the center spot we got Sammy verse Perk. Samual, I wont even use his last name, is the biggest waste of fresh air ever. He sucks. Sure he is 7'2 but Perk is a hard core thug and Sammy is soft. This is a match up of height vs grit. Its a wash. Shooting guard match up is Ray Ray vs A.I. # 2. Andre Igadola is overrated. He's athletic but he can't shoot that well. He penatrates and he can finish. He's solid. But Ray can shoot and finish. Call it a wash. Power Foward. Both teams suffering here. Brand is still coming off the bench and not doing shit. Garrnett wont play. This match up doesnt even matter. As for the bench I'm giving it to the sixers. They are deep. So the sixers win the bench and the Celtics win the small foward match up the game seems about even right? Yeah so I pick the Celtics to win by 15 points. Why? I'll tell you. Doc Rivers could hand the defensive game plan to the 6ers on paper and they still coudn't do shit about it. Celtics play the zone defense so well. They rotate and understand it. They will take away the inside game for the 6ers. That will force them to be shooters. They can't shoot. They don't have one guy who is who can drain 3's. I think if they did they would be a contender. But they don't. Celtics win 100 to 85.

P.S. Why do I say the Sixers can't shoot. Last game they played they lost to the Nets by one basket. The Sixers missed their last 18 shots. Enough said? Point and case.
