Darko Milicic Blasts NBA

"Darko Milicic, the No. 2 pick in the 2003 NBA draft, has had enough with the NBA and will play in Europe starting next season. He says everyone in the NBA lies, including the Detroit Pistons.

"Yes, they did," Milicic told MLive.com. "They lie to everybody. It's the NBA. The NBA, all around the league, same (garbage). 'Your chance is going to come.' All that kind of (garbage). (Forget) that. I've got enough of that kind of stuff, so I decided I'm going to Europe."

"I've got to be real," he said. "There is no team in the league that is going to give me the chance that I'm looking for. My only chance is back in Europe. I'm going to do that. I want to be happy. I want to play."

Listen Darko I stood up for you when you came out and said that you were going back to Eurpose because you weren't good enough to play here, but this shit is just awful. Darko didn't get a chance, because he was really just that bad. Sorry Darko you are just another bust draft pick, now go rot in Europe...

"Whatever happens, I'm going back next year," Milicic said. "It's 100-percent certain. I have to be real and not lie. I'm not going to get it done in the NBA. I'm not going to get another opportunity and there's nothing wrong with going back to Europe. I don't want to create a bad atmosphere here, but it's not working in the NBA (ESPN)."

I really respect this. He knows he won't get it done, and he is going somehwere he will actually have the chance to play. Darko has been a huge bust, and just just another in a long line of Knicks players. Honestly, I'd rather play in Europe then play in the mess that is the Knicks organization...

Breaking News: Knicks/ Grizzlies Trade

According to ESPN: The Knicks have a trade proposal on the table with the Memphis Grizzlies that would see Darko Milicic and Marko Jaric dealt to New York in exchange for Zach Randolph.

So let me get this straight Knicks. You traded this guy:

I know this move will help the Knicks try to get under the salary cap in 2010, but I don't know if I like this, or if the Knicks fans can handle Gallinari, Milicic, and Jaric all on the same team.

It will be fun to watch the Celtics destroy them next year.
