Who Should I Start?

Ok, I rarely do this, but I am really split on who I should start in fantasy football. I am .5 game back of being in the playoff and I am playing the guy ahead of me. Anyways do I start...

Marion Barber @ New York Giants

or...

my boy Justin Forsett vs. San Fransisco 49ers?
