I'm Pretty Sure This Is A Bad Idea

In this video is a black guy with a bunch of weed talking some nonsense, and then he walks down stairs and meets up with Justin Fargas of the Raiders. I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm pretty sure it's a bad idea to be caught on camera with these guys. Ask Michael Phelps, but hell what do I know.
