Ahh The Old "Sean Connery Defense"

Mel Gibson gave his account of what happened when the police were called for domestic violence with Gibson and his wife Oksana Grigorieva. Gibson said he did not punch her, but he did admit to slapping her.

"As she refused to hand the baby over and continued with "rough and erratic movements," Mel says, "I slapped Oksana one time with an open hand in an attempt to bring her back to reality. I did not slap her hard, I was just trying to shock her so that she would stop screaming, continuing shaking Lucia back and forth (FoxNews)."

Oh you got to love this old defense. If you can remember a while back Sean Connery made a crazy statement that sometimes it's acceptable to hit women as long as it's open fisted. Listen guys this isn't the 1920's anymore, and you can't go around slapping bitches (especially rich bitches). I guess it's a good thing they kicked him out of the Hangover 2, because things are only going to get worse for Mad Max.

Oh, but I still think him and Tom Cruise should do a movie together.

Survey Says: Women Should Be Hit for Dressing Sexy

"One in seven people believe it is acceptable in some circumstances for a man to hit his wife or girlfriend if she is dressed in “sexy or revealing clothes in public”, according to the findings of a survey released today. A similar number believed that it was all right for a man to slap his wife or girlfriend if she is “nagging or constantly moaning at him”. The findings of the poll, conducted for the Home Office, also disclosed about a quarter of people believe that wearing sexy or revealing clothing should lead to a woman being held partly responsible for being raped or sexually assaulted (FoxNews)."

Only FoxNews would run with a story like this. As much as we joke around about this stuff, it is kind of fucked up that 1 in 7 think this way...and with that I am not saying another word on this story.

O.J. Simpson Must Be Stopped!

National Enquirer broke this story. Apparently O.J.'s girl Christie Prody had to be hospitalized with injuries closely related to spousal assault. Now I am not one to speculate (being sarcastic) but there is no way, I don't believe O.J. did this. This is getting kind of ridiculous O.J., you have got so many chances in life, and now this? I think we all know his career started going downhill after the Naked Gun movies. Only Lt. Frank Drebin can solve this case.


Lt. Frank Drebin: Now, Jane, what can you tell us about the man you saw last night?
Jane Spencer: He's Caucasian.
Ed Hocken: Caucasian?
Jane Spencer: Yeah, you know, a white guy. A moustache. About six-foot-three.
