Pettitte Addresses Media

Andy Pettitte today addressed the media. I am not sure why I bothered watching it, but I thought maybe he would say something interesting. Boy was I wrong, he said nothing. He had a nice opening statement saying that he knows he did something wrong, and he hopes no kids follow what he has done (he said this in his stupid southern dialect). He also stated that the only reason he did this was to come back from injury (which I could see). This was a waste of time though, he wouldn't answer any questions about Roger Clemens, which was the only reason anyone turned this fucking debacle on. Fuck you Pettitte for wasting my time, I don't care how you found God's strength to get through this. Thanks for nothing...

Roger's Day in Washington

Okay, we all know that this whole stupid hearing thing with Clemens was going on today, and I feel like one of us needs to say something about it, so here it goes... I don't care. Yes, I think he did it. Yes, he should be banned from the Hall of Fame if he's found guilty. But come on, there is a war going on in Iraq, the economy is in recession or heading that way, gas prices are suppose to hit 4 dollars this summer, and this is what our elected officials are focused on???? Give me a break, honestly...and baseball, for the love of God take care of yourself, and bring in a third party to run all your Steriod testing. And for all you people who think Roger Clemens didn't do anything wrong...Why would Pettitte lie about Clemens doing steriods? It's his best friend and ex-teammate. Once again, I'm so done with this story... The Congress is doing a good job....For me to poop on!!! (random Conan classic)

AHHH HAAA, It Was Her All Along!!!!

I think we all have been avoiding the Roger Clemens Steroid story for a little bit. I really don't care about it to tell you the truth. Roger Clemens is one of my favorite players, and now that Barry Bonds went down, Clemens is all I have left. Do I think that he did it? Perhaps. But do I think this McNamee court hearing will prove anything? NO. Brian McNamee (Clemens' old trainer) seems like he has been reaching for stories recently with pictures of steroids and a Miller Lite can. The best part; McNamee said that he injected Debbie Clemens with HGH at the Rockets advisement. I don't know what is going on, but this is starting to turn into a circus just like the O.J. case.

On another note, we have got our most memorable quote. McNamee lawyer Earl Ward said, "Roger Clemens has put himself in a position where his legacy as the greatest pitcher in baseball will depend less on his E-R-A. and more on his D-N-A." Good one.
