Haynesworth Is Just The Worst

"A police report obtained by NBC Washington details the sexual assault allegations against Haynesworth.

The report says a waitress at the W Hotel was clearing glasses at Haynesworth’s table. It came time to pay the bill. The waitress’ hands were full so Haynesworth asked if he could slip his credit card in her blouse near her breast area. She nodded her head yes. When Haynesworth placed the card into her blouse, he slid it around further into her left side and then started to caress her breast. The incident happened at 1:30 a.m. The police report was filed at 5:15 a.m (CBS Sports)."

Kind of a weird story. This should be a lesson that you really shouldn't let men slide credit cards in your bra, just seems to be inviting this kind of incident. Beyond that, I don't know how much trouble he will get for this, but you would think he will most likely get a couple game suspension from the NFL. The Redskins need to just cut this guy and move on. Nothing good has happened since they signed him, and I just don't see him turning it around. It sounds like it would be best for both sides if they just moved on.

When In Doubt Do "The Tigger"

Donald Duck seems to have become all hands recently and it has gotten him in some serious trouble, luckily is seems his old buddy Tigger will bail him out...

"A Pennsylvania woman who claims Donald Duck groped her at Disney's Epcot theme park can have her day in court, a federal judge has ruled.

Disney must defend itself against April Magolon's claims that the character grabbed her breast as she held her child at the Walt Disney World park and then joked about it (FoxNews)."

But that's when the "Tigger Defense" comes in...

"According to Magolon's lawsuit, authorities in Florida received 24 related complaints in the week after a Walt Disney World employee dressed as "Tigger" was charged with molesting a 13-year-old girl and her mother in 2004. At least some were deemed credible and investigated by police, the suit said.

The man playing "Tigger" was later acquitted of criminal wrongdoing, after his lawyer donned the Tigger costume in court and argued that his client couldn't see much (FoxNews)."

So, there you have it folks, if you want to be a creep then just wear a cartoon costume, because apparently that's can acceptable defense. Plus, it will probably help your creepy ways by wearing one, and it's at least your victim won't have to deal with cold hands.

Latest On Rapelisberger

The college student who accused Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger of sexually assaulting her said she didn't try to fight him off because he appeared earlier in the night to have a short temper.

"I noticed throughout the night he kind of had like a short temper, like he would get really, like, defensive," she told police in her second interview with them on March 5, about 12 hours after she said the assault took place. She didn't elaborate further on what made her think the quarterback had a short temper (ESPN)."

I have no idea what happened in that bathroom, but this seems kind of lame. I mean think about it, if this girl scratched him in the face or something this case would be over.

"Hey Rapelisberger why are there scratches on your face?"

Kind of tough to explain when you are coming out of a locked bathroom with your bodyguard standing guard outside, and a crying woman running out.

I am sure Roethlisberger is guilty of something just based on that fact this isn't the first time, but after reading this I can understand why the prosecutors determined there wasn't enough evidence to warrant criminal charges after the investigation concluded.

Going From Bad To Worse

It is an awful feeling when you are on a plane trying to sleep and the person behind you keeps kicking your seat. Well, it is even worse when you realize they are kicking your seat because the guy next to you is sexually assaulting you...

"A 63 year-old New Jersey man has been arrested for reaching under the blanket of a sleeping woman aboard a Continental flight and sexually abusing her.

Ramesh Advani was arrested by the FBI when Flight 98 from landed at Newark Liberty airport. The woman and two witnesses described a sickening encounter on the flight from Hong Kong.

Advani allegedly touched the woman's "genitalia, groin and inner thigh" all while he moved "napkins around inside of his pants," court papers said.

Two passengers witnessed the alleged sexual assault and kicked the woman's chair in an attempt to wake her up. Investigators would not say if the woman had taken sleeping pills or other medication for the international flight (NBC)."

Well first off this guy is ballsy. I mean there are a lot of people that will probably notice what you are doing. Next, what the fuck was this woman on that she didn't feel this dude diddling her, or the people behind her kicking her seat? Anyways, if Jenn Sterger was sitting next to me I would totally try this.

Ben Roethlisberger Needs To Stop Raping Girls

Over the weekend, Big Ben has been brought up on his 2nd sexual assault charge in the past year. To feel my opinion I'll go and look at Chad Ochocinco's twitter, "WTF! Will these damn women leave the homie Ben Rothlisberger alone, damn you say hello that sexual harrasment, GTFOH" Thanks Chad.

But this is somewhat serious because it could be a distraction to the team and he needs to stop putting himself in these situations. And I don't believe this to be at all true figuring this is what the bartender in Milledgeville said about the incident: "He was as nice as any athlete that I have ever met. People were all over him, guys and girls. His body guards kept some people away to let him have a good time. This situation is sad and I feel for the guy. He was out having a good time just like everybody else and now this is blowing up."

and

"bullshit, she was all over him that night.... wonder why he pursued??? she saw dollar signs."

So again, I'm not taking this one seriously, but like I said earlier, he needs to stop putting himself in these situations. Me and BMack had to both learn this once DC blew up, I mean the celebrity life is never easy.

Roethlisberger Charged With Sexual Assault (UPDATED)

"Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger has been named as a defendant in a lawsuit filed by a woman in Nevada. According to online court records, a defamation lawsuit was filed in Washoe County on Friday. Andrea McNulty is listed as the plaintiff. Details of the suit were not available late Monday night. Roethlisberger was one of nine defendants listed in the online court docket report. Roethlisberger's attorney released a statement to several media outlets Monday night saying the two-time Super Bowl winner was accused of sexual assault in the lawsuit by McNulty. Atlanta-based attorney David Cornwell denied Roethlisberger sexually assaulted McNulty (Sportsline)."

I don't want to say a lot here, because a lot of cases like this against celebrities is just for money, but even if this is all not true it is going to be a distraction for the Steelers. Roethlisberger doesn't strike me as a guy who would do this, but like I've said before you just never know. We'll let you know more are the information becomes available.

*****UPDATE*****

Sources connected to the Ben Roethlisberger sexual assault case claim the psychiatric care the accuser says she's under has nothing to do with Ben .... it has to do with a relationship she had with a man who never existed.

Andrea McNulty has sued Roethlisberger, the Pittsburgh Steelers Super Bowl champ, claiming he sexually assaulted her in July 2008. Sources tell us Roethlisberger and McNulty had a sexual liaison at the time but Ben insists it was purely consensual. We're told the two knew each other because Ben had stayed at Harrah's in Lake Tahoe over the last several years for golf tournaments -- and she worked at the hotel.

Sources connected with the case tell us a former co-worker of McNulty's at Harrah's came forward with this incredible story -- that around the time McNulty hooked up with Roethlisberger, she was allegedly involved with a married man. The man's wife, we're told, created an email account, posing as a U.S. soldier in Iraq. The wife began corresponding with McNulty to gain information. We're told the former co-worker has said McNulty fell in love with the fictitious soldier and began telling people she was engaged to him. When the wife stopped the correspondence, McNulty then began telling people the soldier was killed in action. More

Another reason to think women are crazy.
