Kid Who's Chasing Some Record In NCAA Baseball Gets All Rapey

Garrett Wittels was accused of raping a 17-year-old teenage tourist on Dec. 20 while on a visit to the archipelago east of Florida. The 20-year-old infielder ended last season with the second-longest hitting streak in NCAA Division I history, two behind the 58-game run by Oklahoma State’s Robin Ventura in 1987. USA Today

Well this blows, this kid had a great opportunity to bring a record to college baseball but instead its going to be marred in rape. Most likely this kid is guilty and hoes were not trippin in this case. Pretty much no one knows who a college baseball player is so I'm going to assume that he did it. And if that's the case the NCAA can't possibly let him have the NCAA hit streak record.

And to hurt his case even more, he and his friends went to the Bahamas his two friends also had charges of rape on them as well:

Robert Rothschild, 21, of New York, was accused of raping two 17-year-old girls, while Jonathan Oberti, 21, also of New York, was charged with raping one, according to Bahamian court officials.

So this is a case were hoes were not trippin and the guys were actually scumbags. A Holes.

Latest On Rapelisberger

The college student who accused Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger of sexually assaulting her said she didn't try to fight him off because he appeared earlier in the night to have a short temper.

"I noticed throughout the night he kind of had like a short temper, like he would get really, like, defensive," she told police in her second interview with them on March 5, about 12 hours after she said the assault took place. She didn't elaborate further on what made her think the quarterback had a short temper (ESPN)."

I have no idea what happened in that bathroom, but this seems kind of lame. I mean think about it, if this girl scratched him in the face or something this case would be over.

Kind of tough to explain when you are coming out of a locked bathroom with your bodyguard standing guard outside, and a crying woman running out.

I am sure Roethlisberger is guilty of something just based on that fact this isn't the first time, but after reading this I can understand why the prosecutors determined there wasn't enough evidence to warrant criminal charges after the investigation concluded.

The Real LT Rapes A 15 Year Old

DP sent me a text that said "LT raped a 15 year old girl". My first reaction "HAHAHAHA". I know I am the worst person ever, but I was laughing because I thought it was Tomlinson (could hurt the Jets), but it's not it is the real LT (Lawrence Taylor) maybe the greatest LB of all-time.

Roesthlisberger Teaches Us How To Treat A Lady

The police report from the Roethlisberger incident has been released...

In a statement to police on March 5, the 20-year-old college student said Roethlisberger encouraged her, and her friends, to take numerous shots of alcohol. Then one of his bodyguards escorted her into a hallway at the Capital City nightclub, sat her on a stool and left. She said Roethlisberger walked down the hallway and exposed himself.

"I told him it wasn't OK, no, we don't need to do this and I proceeded to get up and try to leave," she said. "I went to the first door I saw, which happened to be a bathroom."

According to her statement, Roethlisberger then followed her into a nearby bathroom and shut the door.

"I still said no, this is not OK, and he then had sex with me," she wrote. "He said it was OK. He then left without saying anything (ESPN)."

All of this doesn't really matter, but if it is true was a fucking creep. Still, this is only her side, but this could be enough to get Big Ben suspended by the NFL, and actually at this point I would be a little surprised if he isn't suspended for at least a game or two.

Fate Of The Steelers To Be Known Monday

A district attorney in Georgia plans to announce Monday whether charges will be brought in a case of sexual assault accusations against Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger. If the charges are dropped there is a good chance Goodell will leave this whole situation alone, but if charges are brought up on him I believe Roethlisberger will be suspended at least a couple games, since this is the 2nd time been accused of sexual misconduct.

Like I said before I have no idea if he actually did this or not, but he is obviously not making good decisions if these types of things keep coming out. So, for now the Steelers will have to just sit back and wait, unless they want to bring in some kind of safety net like Marc Bulger.

Raw Deal for Michael Irvin

One would have thought his troubles ended when he moved over to the NFL Network but he can't shake the ESPN curse no matter how hard he tries. A civil suit for surprise sex has been filed against Irvin for an alleged incident that took place over three years ago. Not three weeks, three YEARS. This is why the statute of limitations needs to be 30 days for this sort of thing. Poor guy.

"A Seattle woman claims that illusionist David Copperfield repeatedly sexually assaulted her on his private island in the Bahamas during a horrifying two-day ordeal, according to a bombshell federal lawsuit. The magician raped the 22-year-old victim, sexually assaulted her on two other occasions and threatened to kill her, court papers filed in Washington state claim.

The woman says her nightmare unfolded two summers ago, when the 52-year-old performer invited her to his $50 million private retreat on Musha Cay after meeting her at a show in Washington state.

One of the showman's assistants invited the alleged victim backstage, where she was told about promotional work on the island that might lead to "modeling opportunities," according to the suit, filed on July 29.

When she arrived on the island, which is reachable only by private boat, on July 27, 2007, "she realized no one else was in attendance other than . . . Copperfield," the suit says. After the two dined, they went to the magician's room to watch a movie.

"Copperfield then attacked [her] and sexually assaulted her" and "threatened to kill her," despite the victim's attempt to fight him off, leaving her "extremely traumatized," her filing charges (FoxNews)."

Couple things bother me about this story. One, she accepts to go to this guys private island for a "modeling opportunity". OK, for any ladies that are reading this...rule number 1. If a guy invites you to a private island and is promising modeling jobs, he is expecting sex. Sorry, but it's the truth.

Next is the fact that she went to his room to watch a movie. OK rule two. A guy invites you to his room for a "movie"...that is code for sex. This isn't difficult stuff here.

In the end they have no shot catching this guy...he is magician. He'll probably do a trick and rape the judge but convince everyone that the girl did it....you tricky bastard!

Girl Escapes Kidnapping In Shackles

I have no idea how this girl got away from him, but that's damn impressive for a 6 year old in shackles to be able to get away from a 26 year old. Last week I put up a story about how 60,000 prisoners ever year get raped in prison, well you just read about someone who definitely being butt raped. First off obviously great job by the pizza guy, but how fucking dumb is this rapist? Maybe I am wrong, but this is how I read the story...

Basically there is this dude who saw a woman jogging and decided to rape her in some creepy ass cabin. Ok perfect this guy obviously has seen like 1,000 horror movies, and seems to be following the general plot, but this is when you know this guy is a fucking moron (we already knew he is a sick bastard, just didn't know he was also dumb).

Anyways, so he rapes this poor woman then decides...hmmmmmmm all this raping sure made me hungry. So, instead of hiding the woman in a back room or something he leaves her on the couch which is right near the front door.
