$300,000 For A Parking Space!!!!
"An unidentified buyer spent a whopping $300,000 yesterday for a private parking space in Back Bay - the highest price ever paid for a Boston parking spot. “It’s all a question of supply and demand,” said listing agent Debra Sordillo, who sold the space at 480 Commonwealth Ave. to a resident of an adjacent brownstone that has multimillion-dollar condos but little parking. “Whether it’s a good market or a down market, you’re always going to get a good price for that space (Boston Herald).”
You have got to be fucking kidding me. Who needs a car this bad? I mean I work in Back Bay, but I would never dream of driving to work. I guess if you got the money all the power to ya, but you know anyone who is struggling for money right now read this article and decided to poop on this guys are. Which reminds me...what's the address again?
