Just Another Fucking Moron: The Anthony McCoy Story

Well, we have another guy going for the title of "stupidest asshole in the world". USC tight end Anthony McCoy tested positive for marijuana at the scouting combine. How fucking stupid can one person be? He knew when the combine was. He knew they would test, and yet still he decided to smoke weed before it. Why even risk it? It's totally not worth it, and now instead of being a 2nd round pick he will most likely be a 3rd or 4th rounder (maybe even lower), and probably cost himself a shit load of cash too.

If you are that big of a shithead I wouldn't want you on my team, because most likely you are fucking stupid enough to do it again.

Ben Could Be In A Little Trouble

"Approximately 30 seconds after he saw Roethlisberger talking to the woman, Duncan said one of the accuser's friends approached Duncan and said, 'I think my friend is in the bathroom with Ben, but the door [leading to the bathroom area] is locked, and I'm trying to get back there, and this guy [one of Roethlisberger's friends] wouldn't let me through.' Duncan said she also told him, 'I think my friend may be drunk.'" More

I really don't know what to think of this. One second I think he's innocent, and then the next shady things happen like a bodyguard guarding the door and the tapes of that night get over written. I believe that this whole ordeal is the girls fault trying to get some money out of the greatest quarterback of all time. But Ben should really stop putting himself in these situations because this will happen all the time. He has enough money to get a high class hooker.

How To Lose 23 Million Dollars

Ask Andre Smith. NBC is saying that Smith's lack of motivation and disappearing from training camp may have lost him 23.8 million dollars and may have taken him out of the first round. More. Andre Smith was a hell of prospect until this, and he still has time to get back into the first round, but this will go under the vaunted "character issues" and teams will think twice about drafting him. As a Steelers fan, I hope he drops to us with the last pick.

NFL Combine Update

Biggest Winners:

1. Aaron Curry - The Wake Forst LB has been tearing it up. He ran a 4.56 in the 40, which beats top running backs Chris Wells (4.59) and Knowshon Moreno (4.60). Some people are starting to call him one of the best players in this draft. Will be interesting to see how high he actually goes.

2. Darrius Heyward-Bey - Isn't very well known, but made a game for himself when he ran a 4.30 in the 40, which was the best time of any player at the combine. He has done well enough to make himself a first round pick, and will be a top 3-4 WR taken in the Draft.

3. Mark Sanchez - Stafford decided not to throw during the combine, but Sanchez did and from the sounds of it won over a lot of people. His arm strength was very impressive, but scouts for most excited about the touch he was able to put on passes to WRs he had never played with before.

Losers:

1. Andre Smith - He came to Indianapolis no worse than the second offensive tackle in the draft and a likely top 10 pick, but now has become a big question mark going into the draft. He decided it was a good idea to disappear during the combine, and did not do some of the workouts. He is one of the strongest players in the draft but seems immature, and it could really hurt his draft stock.

2. Josh Freeman- Scouts were not impressed with his arm strength. They worry about how much he has to step into a throw to get the ball to where it needs to go. He may have cost himself any chance of being a 1st round pick. There was a big difference between Sanchez (#2) and Freeman (#3) in the combine.

3. Hakeem Nicks - Everything started well. He ran the 40 better then scouts thought he would (4.50), but then pulled his hamstring and had to call it a day. The injury may have cost him any chance of going late in the first round.
