Marquis Daniels' Stepfather Arrested During Playoff Game

"The stepfather of Celtics guard Marquis Daniels was arrested Tuesday night at Amway Arena during Boston's Game 2 victory over the Orlando Magic. Orlando police arrested Willie L. Buie, 55, and charged him with resisting arrest with violence. According to the Orlando Sentinel, Buie was tased during the incident.

Buie has a long criminal history, including an arrest for second-degree murder. He spent 11 years in prison.

The newspaper reported that police responded to a disturbance in seating behind the basket at 10:55 p.m. When police tried to remove Buie from his seat, he said, "I'm not going, [expletive] you," according to the police report.

The Sentinel reported that it was uncertain why Buie was asked to leave. The disturbance continued at a nearby security office outside of the arena. According to the report, Buie continued to refuse to be handcuffed, which prompted an officer to use his taser.

An officer pulled out his Taser, put it up against Buie's back and shot electricity into him for five seconds, the report shows. After he was stunned, Buie put his hands behind his back and was handcuffed (Boston.com)."

Wow, this guy's season has sucked. First he comes here and is supposed to have a big impact off the Celtics bench, he doesn't do anything like that, and now doesn't even play. To make matters worse his stepfather is fucking nuts and has killed someone and gets booted out of the Celtics playoff game. Kinda embarrassing.

But honestly Daniels lets stop fooling around you know you should be on the Nuggets, so lets make it happen.

A New Way To Handle Unruly Kids

"Police say two central Indiana officers have been placed on administrative duty after using a stun gun on an unruly 10-year-old boy at a home day care. Martinsville police say the officers were called Tuesday to the home, where they had gone several times on reports that the boy was combative and trying to harm other children and caretakers. The department says that when officers arrived they found the boy out of control, hitting and kicking and refusing to listen to the officers. The department says the officers then used a stun gun and slapped the boy (FoxNews)."

I am sure there was a better way to handle this, but I am actually not against this. Maybe this kid will learn his fucking lesson. This wasn't the first time the cops were called, and it seems like he was completely out of control. My questions is where are the parents?

This may have been a little above the law, but the alternative would have been something like this...

Who am I kidding, I just was looking for an excuse to use that clip.

Police Taser Mentally Disabled Deaf Man

Oh it gets better...they shot him with pepper spray too...

"Police in Mobile, Ala., used pepper spray and a Taser on a deaf, mentally disabled who they said wouldn't leave a store's bathroom. The family of 37-year-old Antonio Love has filed a formal complaint over the incident on Friday. Police tell the Press-Register of Mobile that officers shot pepper spray under the bathroom door after knocking several times. After forcing the door open, they used the stun gun on Love. Police spokesman Christopher Levy says police didn't realize Love had a hearing impairment until after he was out of the bathroom. The officers' conduct is under investigation. The newspaper says the officers attempted to book Love on charges including disorderly conduct, but a magistrate on duty wouldn't accept the charges (FoxNews)."

We have been putting up a lot of these stories, and each time I am shocked. So far cops have tasered an 80 year old woman, a kid, and now a retarded person who is also def. So for one thing the guy had no idea what was going on, plus he can't hear anything. So he is scared shitless. Now some strange gas starts coming under the bathroom door making his eye water. So you got a crying mentally disabled person in the bathroom probably yelling for mommy. So, then the cops bust in the door and taser him. Good work boys, I think you got him.

Why is every one of these stories take place in the south? Coincidence? I don't think so.

Poor kid.

Man Tasered Bursts Into Flames

"Western Australia police said they were responding to a complaint at a house when Mitchell ran outside the house carrying a cigarette lighter and a large plastic bottle containing what they believe was fuel. When he refused to stop running toward them, one officer Tasered him, police said in a media release. The man was immediately engulfed in flames. The officer threw him to the ground and smothered the blaze with his hands, the statement said. Mitchell was charged with assault to prevent arrest and possession of a sniffing substance (FoxNews)."

I am not going to defend a guy who is running around sniffing gasoline, but how dumb is this cop? Ok, a guy is running around with a container of gasoline, so what do you do? Well of course you go to your trusty taser. I mean an electrical charge as never started a fire before right? Ugh....This really goes back to why cops are in love with taser guns. I think it really lets them shoot whoever. Not that this guy didn't deserve it, but they probably could have taken him down with physical force rather then shoot him with a taser and then get serious burns on your hands trying to save this dumbass. Anyways......hilarious.

Cop Tasers Kids

"A federal civil rights lawsuit alleges a southern Illinois sheriff's deputy used a stun gun on three children at an emergency shelter while a fellow deputy mistreated a fourth child. The children's guardian is suing the Jefferson County deputies, the county and Sheriff Roger Mulch.

According to the lawsuit filed July 1, the deputies responded to the shelter near Mount Vernon last summer to help control two 12-year-olds and an 11-year-old. But the three children who were allegedly shocked with the stun gun and another child who was forced into a closet after trying to intervene weren't the youths who prompted the call. No criminal charges have been filed. And Mulch says investigations, including one by Illinois State Police, found that the deputies acted appropriately (FoxNews)."

Kids can be fucking annoying, so part of would like to do this sometimes. Still you are a fucking cop and that should be that you can control 12 year olds without having to taser them. What is with all this tasering anyways? Seems like there is a weekly story about someone either really young or old get tasered by the cop. Is that like their go to thing now?
