Daily Red Sox Spring Training Update

- Papelbon admitted that he got worn down last season. As good as Papelbon is the Sox really need their setup men to step up this year, because Paps can not be overused. The good news is that on paper the Sox have a very strong bullpen.

- Francona said that the first day of workouts went extremely well, and he was very happy with Lowell's first batting practice. Hopefully a good sign that Lowell will be ready to go for opening day.

- J.D. Drew has not be limited in workouts in any way with with the "discomfort" in his back. This really just shows that Drew is always complaining, and that the "discomfort" seems like something the Red Sox are very used to.

Not too much news coming out of the Sox camp, which is usually a good thing. Everyone seems to be healthy as their first spring training game approaches (Feb. 25th).
