While last nights episode wasn't as exciting or action packed like The Shape of Things to Come, in nonetheless was a cool filler episode that starts to clarify some key points. Mainly, what sequence of events exactly started Jacks fall into an alcoholic/prescription drug user we saw in his flash forward in the season three season finale called the Beginning of the End. Also, it sheds some light on how the people who remained on the island, actually seemed to chose to stay on the island, and further illustrated the consequences of the Oceanic Six crew who got off the island. Well it's time to break down the episode..........
