Derrick Rose lived up to his hype tonight with 25 points and has proved to be a very intelligent basketball player that can excel at the next level, his teammate CDR had 28 points for also. Memphis let UCLA hang around basically until the second half, but thats when Memphis took off. UCLA scored only 7 points in a 4 minute span in the second quarter and that is where Memphis solidified their lead. For UCLA Kevin Love scored 12 points and 9 points and may be his last game he plays for the Bruins. Memphis shot 20-23 from the fee-throw line, shutting me up again.
