Keith Rivers out of USC
The 6-3,240 OLB can run a 4.54 and be the next best Bengal line-backers since Takeo Spikes. He has everything you could want in an outside line-backer, speed, pursuit, and excellent tackling. If the Bengals were lower they would probably take a guy like Limas Sweed with Chris Henry being cut, Chad Johnson being a douche, but with the 9th pick you take the best player available and that is Keith Rivers to help this non-existent Bengals defense.
