No Suspension For Matt Light
"The NFL has confirmed, through Patriots spokesman Stacey James, that LT Matt Light has not been suspended for his role in an on-field fight with Dolphins LB Channing Crowder on Sunday (Boston Globe)."
This is great news for the Patriots. I am really surprised, and I think he should have been suspended, but maybe they saw something that Crowder did to provoke him. Anyways, it will be great to have Light out there, because right now this offense is rolling. Cassel could use all the protection he can get, as the Patriots still have not found a consistent running attack, which may not be needed if Moss and Cassel keep playing like they have the last 2 weeks.
Matt Light and Channing Crowder were each fined $15,000.
