Mets outfielder Moises Alou said "Everywhere I play, even now, people still yell, 'Bartman! Bartman!' I feel really bad for the kid," Alou told Associated Press columnist Jim Litke.
"You know what the funny thing is?" he added a moment later. "I wouldn't have caught it, anyway."
Don't you think Moises should have said this maybe, right after the Cubs, Marlins series?
Steve Bartman has received death threats and had to move to a new house after the game and is still hiding. Behind the billy goat, Bartman is the face of the Cubs failures.
If I was Steve, I would be real pissed at Alou.
