The Browns out played the Broncos all the way till the 4th quarter. Brady Quinn looked like the real deal, Winslow was going off, and there was even a Stallworth sighting, but it all wasn't enough. Cutler and the Broncos went nuts in the 4th quarter scoring 21 points (all 3 TD's coming from Cutler). This really says alot about how bad the Browns' defense really is.
Through the first 3 quarters the Browns defense held the powerful Broncos offense to only 13 points. Cutler looked rattled, as the Browns were actually getting a good amount of pressure on him. Then boom, 4th quarter comes and Cutler turns into Elway. Maybe he got an insulin shot, but whatever he did, he looked a lot more like the QB we saw in the beginning of the season.
The Broncos can build off this win, but it is going to be tough, because RBs Torain, and Young were hurt in this game. They have already lost Pittman for the season. The defense still looks horrible, but their division is so bad that they could still make the playoffs.
The Browns have to be happy with what they saw from Brady Quinn (23/25 239 yards 2 TD 0 INTs), but that defense has to be completly ripped apart. What was really interesting that that Quinn and Winslow seemed to be on the same page right away. Winslow had 10 catches for 111 yards and 2 TDs. It's a tough loss for the Browns, but their future looks bright if they can fix that defense.
