It's hard for me to write this due to my love of AI, however, he's done. He's washed up, he's going to nothing good for the Grizzlies. he can't be a team player, he won't be a team player, he still thinks he is in Philly when he was the man. But he's not anymore, he needs to realize in order to succeed in this game he needs to play nice and that's something he's just unwilling to do.
