I don't get this Commissioner Goodell. Unless this is just a ploy to say that "treatment" worked and if Pacman does anything he will be banned. However, this was your chance to put this douche bag on the streets where he belongs, and you let him play again? Pacman hasn't and will not learn from past mistakes. You gave him another chance when you reinstated him after his actions caused someone to be paralyzed, and he didn't learn. The next chance he had he decided to get drunk and fight his body guard. Do everyone a favor and never let this shithead play again.
