Arizona Cardinals defensive coordinator Clancy Pendergast has got the pink slip this weekend. This is surprising news figuring he had his defense play defense when it mattered the most, in the play-offs and superbowl. Obviously the Cardinals defense played like shit during the regular season, but I feel that should be forgotten due to the play in the post season. Pendergast's stock is higher now that the season is over and he will have no problem picking up a job elsewhere.
