NFL Rumors

- Seems like the Ravens will do anything to keep Ray Lewis in Baltimore. Lewis seems like he is happy there, and would want to finish out his career with the Ravens. My thinking is he is really good, but he is aging, and the Ravens are going to overpay for him.

- This story really seemed strange to me. McNabb is looking for a "financial apology" for the benching he received in 2008. I always stick up for McNabb, because I think he gets a raw deal in Philly. He is one of the best QBs in the NFL, and everyone treats him like shit, but coming out and doing things like this will not help anything. You have to wonder if he is doing all this so he can push his way out of Philly (like Deion Sanders predicted).

- Warner is coming back, and he really seems to want to stay in Arizona. Good move by him, because it is always nice to have a guy like Larry Fitzgerald to throw to.

- The Rams are looking to move Holt. If there are no takers the Rams might be forced to cut him, because if they do they would save $8 million in cap space. I would cut him the Rams have a lot of problems, and Holt is a declining talent. They need to start fresh, and the best way to do that is to free up cap space.

- "NFL Network's Adam Schefter listed the Vikings, the Kansas City Chiefs and the Detroit Lions as the three most likely trade destinations for Matt Cassel (ESPN)." The Viking would be a great fit, but they don't have a 1st round pick this year. Still, a deal could be worked out for a future 1st rounder, and so later round picks for the 2009 draft.

- Larry Fitzgerald is willing to restructure his deal to that Arizona can keep Boldin. Obviously the Cardinals will would love this, but They have to sign some guys on defense, and I just don't see them keeping 2 top paid WRs on their team. Not to mention Boldin wants out.
