This was a tale of two halves. The first half was like watching someone getting their fingernails peeled off, and the second half was like watching the good old Boston Celtics. I'm not sure what Doc said at the half but apparently the message got to the C's.
The Celtics looked like a different team after halftime. They outscored the Pacers 35-20 in the 3rd. Perk had 13 points in the quarter and Ray Allen with 11. Rondo and Celtics played some relentless defense. Rondo finished with 6 steals, Pierce finished with 5, and Perk had 4 blocks, it was a thing of beauty to watch. Another person who absolutely made an impact for the Celtics is Rasheed Wallace, who was playing for KG tonight. He played the game with equal intensity and finished the night with 9 points and 13 boards, not to shabby. Either way, they got their revenge against the Pacers, and hopefully can get another streak going.
