Garnett Injury Update
"The Boston Globe reports that Kevin Garnett, who did not suit up for Tuesday's game against Indiana due to a right thigh bruise, sustained the injury in a recent game. Coach Doc Rivers made the decision to rule him out before the team took the court for warmups. Garnett is scheduled to join the team for their visit to Orlando Friday (CBSSports)."
There was really no news that Garnett would sit last night, until a little bit before the game. Still, this is not serious at all, and I expect he will play the next game. The only reason they sat him is because the Pacers were playing without Granger, and it looked like a good time for him to rest. I think you will see this throughout the season, and not just with Garnett, but with a lot of the veterans.
