92 Clippers, 90 Celtics
Just a simple case of Rondo choking and Baron Davis Didn't. This game will probably be in Rajon Rondo's head for a while. I don't see how it couldn't. First Doc trusts him to take the last shot in regulation, and he drives to the hoop and gets fouled with 1 second left on the clock. Baron Davis hacks him and Rondo gets two shots to seal the game and misses both of them. The Clippers get the rebound and call a time out so they can inbound it in the Celtics side of the court. They inbound the ball to Baron Davis (with one second left) and he drills it in Rondo's face.
I understand people miss free throws, and Rondo has improved it a lot recently but I'm more worried about his head than anything. He is already such a head case and his game thrives when he is confident, and I hope this doesn't knock him down. As for the game itself Rasheed was terrible, he went 0-6 in the second half including a missed dunk, and Perk was only held to 9 points. The one bright spot was Tony Allen getting a double double with 10 points and 10 boards.
