Recently Dueling Couches conducted a survey that asked, "Should Players Who Have Been Caught Using Steroids Be Allowed Into the Hall Of Fame?" and I found the answers to be pretty interesting. 37% said let the players who did steroids in the Hall, 36% said No, and 26% said they didn't care either way. I know that BMack is strongly against steroids, by I really think that players who have done it shouldn't be punished. Yes, people can make an argument that all of the records are tainted or inflated, but this was part of history in baseball. It is how the game got molded into the way it is. If not for steroids many people would still be disinterested in the game, if it wasn't for the McGwire/ Sosa homerun battle people would think of baseball as still boring. Whether you like him or not, I never followed anyone on another team as close as I did when Bonds hit 73. I remember that everyone would stop what they were doing to catch the homerun champ hit another one in the water. Yes, there will be arguments about this topic for ages, but people have to realize steroids saved baseball.
