Afte taking 2 of 3 from Tampa the Sox now head to Chicago to face the White Sox. Paul Byrd takes the hill tonight to face Freddy An. Garcia. Byrd was nothing short of amazing last time he took to the field going 6 innings allowing only 3 hits and no runs. The Sox can't expect him to be this good for long, but if he can just be solid it would be a huge boost to a team that really just needs to arms right now.
Garcia has yet to win in three starts since making it back to the majors Aug. 18. Last time out he had a solid game against the Yankees going 6 innings allowing just 3 runs with 5 Ks. Boston's hitting has been on fire lately, so this is the type of guy they really should light up.
