Born 3/21/1985, there is are excellent reasons why Adrian Peterson comes in at #4 on our list and far and away is the favorite as a #1 overall pick in fantasy football drafts; "AP" is a freak. As a rookie, in 14 games played (9 started), Peterson ran for 1341 yards and 12 TDs on 238 carries; an avg of 5.6 yards per carry. In his sophomore 2008 season, Peterson ran for 1760 yards on 363 rushes and 10 TDs. In 2008, Peterson also tacked on 81 1st downs including 20 20+ rushes. Expect AP to have an amazing 2009 season. As long as this star running back for the Minnesota Vikings remains healthy...your looking at a future hall of fame caliber player.
