98 Sixers, 97 Celtics

I'll take the blame for this loss ladies and gents. I didn't make it home before the game to fill my cup of water and put it next to the TV. My bad.

I thought for sure that Paul Pierce was going to hit the game winner in the last 7 seconds, unfortunately he didn't and the Celtics had their 11 game win streak broken. The Celtics had the lead until Elton Brand tipped the ball in the basket over a Maurice Speights miss with 7.7 seconds left and that was the overall difference of the game. I still don't know how the C's were able to lose this game, they were up by 15 points at one point, and everyone except for Paul Pierce had a great game. Rondo, Perk, KG all had double doubles. Fuck, Perk even had 8 offensive rebounds, but the team once again struggled to close out the game in the third quarter and lost another Friday game. Oh yea, Rasheed Wallace got thrown out of the game in the second quarter and the officiating was just flat out terrible.
