Kendrick Perkins Sprain Knee
The bad news is that Perk is actually hurt, has a sprained knee (even though I think he'll need some sort of surgery after the finals, He suffered sprains to both his medial collateral ligament and posterior cruciate ligament), the good news is that he will try to play game 7. It was funny to see how much Perkins means to this team after watching that travesty of a game last night. There were so many points in the paint, easy driving lanes and no inside presence, and giant rebound disparity. Perk will not win you the game offensively, but he will be a solid, solid defender. At least in game 7 getting a technical won't hurt the Celtics because a suspension doesn't mean diddly to Sheed and Perk now. Now comes the question, do we dress Scal? God I hope that isn't the case.
