Manny A Dodger, Jason Bay A Red Sox

Ok here is ESPN's article, "Manny Ramirez's stormy relationship with the Boston Red Sox appears to be over.
A baseball source has confirmed Ramirez has been traded to the Los Angeles Dodgers, ESPN.com has learned.
Jason Bay is going to Boston as part of the deal, Jayson Stark reported. And the Pittsburgh Pirates get four minor leaguers as part of the three-way deal.
Andy LaRoche, Bryan Morris, Brandon Moss and Craig Hansen will go to Pittsburgh, ESPN.com has learned."

Whatever, I wanted Bay from the beginning and now we got him. Manny will be Torre's problem now. Jason Bay is a solid player and has as many homeruns as Manny this year. The only thing I am worried about is if he has an off year like he did last year, and will he be able to handle the Boston pressure.

People are already saying that the Red Sox gave up too much for Bay, but I believe it needed to be done. Manny was going to be gone in two months anyways, so at least they got Bay for him. Although I believe Manny's defense was overlooked, Bay is a great defensive player and will only make 3.5 million dollars next year. I really have a lot of faith in Bay and believe he will thrive in Boston.

The Dodgers got a huge bat that they needed in Manny Ramirez. Manny will help that anemic Dodgers offense. Although Manny's numbers have been declining past the year he is better than Juan Pierre and Andruw Jones.

It is funny Coco Crisp is still on the team and Manny isn't.

More to come
