The word from the Celtics is positive yet vague:
"Kevin looks good, he’s in here working out every day," Ainge said yesterday from the team’s practice facility in Waltham. "He’s doing his training, but he’s not playing full-court basketball yet."
Ainge also said:
"We don’t have timetables on this. We are going week to week and we’ll make a decision on where he is."

The Celtics are going to make the playoffs even with Garnett out for half the season. I'm glad they're taking their time with this, because the regular season means next to nothing. The C's will likely secure a 3 seed in the East without KG playing full-time, and then he'd be fresh for the playoffs, where they missed him most last year.
