"With those two gents (Julian Edelman/Joey Galloway) out of the lineup, that means it's time for the Pats to go shopping for a new receiver. Two options mentioned by the Herald are Brandon Tate -- currently on the reserve list -- and Terrence Nunn -- currently on the practice squad. But the team might also roll the dice with a free agent (Harrison). Belichick has likely already gotten reports from his henchmen on some of the better options available, and it wouldn't be surprising to see the team invite some guys in for a workout (ESPN)."
Personally I think this would be a great idea. Harrison has the hands to still play, and Brady is a lot mike Manning, so they might get some chemistry going quickly. Still, there are a lot of question marks, including Harrison's off the field issues, and the fact that he is known as a "loner" in the locker room. You would think a team that has been able to deal with guys like Dillon/Moss could easily deal with Harrison...
