As part of my watch "Basketball All Day" day, my first stop was Georgetown vs Villanova. This game was a pivotal game for the Hoyas because they proved they can win in dominating fashion even if Roy Hibbert doesn't score. Villanova came into this game fresh off a victory against Syracuse, and looking for revenge against the Hoyas for that bad call earlier this year. However, their bark was bigger than their bite. The Hoyas 3 point game really won this game for them, as they were 17-28 from behind the arc. Jessie Sapp led the Hoyas with 23 points and 6-9 behind the arc, and Jonathan Wallace chipped in with 20. Georgetown is now 13-0 as a number 1 seed and look to further that tomorrow.Box Score
