Today Is A Bad Day

Today is a bad day, The Red Sox released Doug Mirabelli today. Mirabelli has a .231 career batting average with 58 home runs and 206 RBIs in 14 seasons. In 2007, he appeared in 48 games, collecting 23 hits and striking out 41 times in 114 at-bats. But that doesn't matter, what matters is he is my favorite player on the Red Sox. He is a hero and the Man, I am pissed at the Red Sox now. His no batting gloves and bad-ass attitude brought a smile to my face every time Wakefield pitched, and now its gone. I am distraught and saddened and will always remember March 13, 2008 as the worse day in my life.

Here are Doug's Homeruns:

I'm going to cut myself now, Fuck Kevin Cash
