Trot Nixon, my least favorite Red Sox player of all time, got sent down to the minor leagues for rookie Alex Romero. After a stint with Cleveland last year, and being let go by the Red Sox a year before that, it seems apparent he is not a good player. Only if the Red Sox figured that out 7 years ago.
