Listen I do not care if this guy had a bad rap in the past. The former Jayhawk turned Lobo has top 15 talent. If not for a barfight in which he got stabbed he would have been a lottery pick. He is extremely explosive, has great 3 point range, he plays with a ton of heart(KG) and has excellent defensive skills and has really good dunking ability. I am not worried about the "character" issues because he is on a team with Paul Pierce, Kevin Garnett and the ultimate professional in Ray Allen, and they will whoop his ass into gear if he starts messing up. With the potential losses of Tony Allen, Eddie House, and Sam Cassell we need some depth at the guard spot and Giddens can definitely add some depth to this roster.
You gotta get when the Giddens is good.

Yup Bill Walker!!! I called it, except for the 30th pick not a trade for the 47th pick but hell I will take this. Bill Walker like Giddens if not for an injury would be a lottery pick. Walker is a super athletic player and is an absolute terror when he drives to the hoop. Bill Walker has a good NBA body at being 6-6, 235 and has a ton of range. Congrats Ainge, you are truly the second round master.
