No way, Tim Donaghy said the refs were an intricate part of some series in the NBA play-offs. He said the controversial Game 6 of the Lakers-Kings playoff series in 2002 and the 2005 Rockets-Mavericks playoff series were manipulated by the refs.
I don't know if people can believe Donaghy but I do. He is talking to FBI and the government all the time and if he were to lie, he would get more charges on him. I remember that Lakers- Kings game and I remember the Lakers shooting 24 free-throws in the 4th quarter.
