ESPN reports Baron Davis and his beard verbally agreed with the LA CLippers and receive a five-year deal worth an estimated $65.
There is another team in LA, world, and that is the Clippers. If they are able to re-sign Elton Brand which is most likely with them letting Maggette go, this will make them the deadliest duo in LA. Davis(29) averaged 21.8 points, 7.6 assists and 4.7 rebounds last year for the Warriors and that will only go up with a talented big man like Brand. The Clippers also haven't had a respectable point guard since I can remember and Davis is in that category.
This move makes me say this bold claim. The Clippers will finish with a better record than the Lakers next year.
