Patriots Give Nick Kaczur Extension
"The Patriots and offensive tackle Nick Kaczur have finalized a contract extension, Kaczur said today in the team's locker room. Kaczur said he was happy to have the deal completed (boston.com)."
I am sure that Vince Wilfork will be not be too happy to hear this, but it is a good move for the Patriots. We don't really know anything about the length or terms of the deal, but it is safe to say that Kaczur should be here for the rest of the prime of his career. Kaczur has started 49 of 54 regular-season games, plus 7 playoff games. His ability to play right and left tackle increases his value to the Patriots.
