The Browns are not making an official announcement regarding their quarterback situation until Wednesday. But two sources said the team likely will name Brady Quinn the starting quarterback for Monday night's game at Baltimore against the Ravens, ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter reported. ESPN
This is no shocker here, the Browns should have really started Quinn this whole year. The Browns will have a top 5 pick and if Brady can have a Vince Young type of resurrection they can chose to go another direction with that pick, but if he's the god awful quarterback I believe he is. It'll most likely be Colt McCoy taking snaps for the Browns next year.
