"It's almost a near certainty that Michael Vick will be wearing a uniform other than the Philadelphia Eagles' by the 2010 season, and rumors continue to circulate as to some potential landing spots. Vick's mentor Tony Dungy is an NBC analyst, and he gave some possible destinations for No. 7 in 2010 during last night's "Sunday Night Football" telecast: Cleveland, St. Louis and Washington, as well as the "dark horse" candidate Buffalo Bills. The Browns would be an ironic choice if nothing else, owing to the whole Dawg Pound thing (ESPN)."
Honestly if you're Buffalo why not? Edwards is not the answer, and Vick would at least put people in the stands. If I was them I would pick him up and draft another QB in the upcoming draft, which is going to be very deep at QB. This way they have a backup plan if Vick can't get it done (which I don't think he can), while still not having to go back to Edwards.
