Jermaine Gresham TE Oklahoma
With the 22 pick if he is around the Patriots should seriously consider Jermaine Gresham out of Oklahoma. He is a solid TE and will be the mr. fix it to their offense. Before all of you jump down my throat and yell defense, defense, defense, you have a million picks after that. Worry about it then. Gresham could make the Welker problem go away. Essentially Wes Welker has been Tom Brady's TE for the past years by being a safety valve, and Gresham could do that immediately. Before I also here Ben Watson comparisons also, the big difference between Watson and Gresham is that Gresham actually produced big numbers in college, while Watson was potential based.
So if the Patriots want to win this year, and ride thier offense (which they are going to have to do anyways) then pick Jermaine Gresham. But since I hate the Patriots I hope he has a Len Bias type tragedy after he gets drafted.
