It's one and done for Takeo Spikes in Philly. The Eagles released the 2 time pro-bowl linebacker today. Last year he finished second on the team in tackles. This is the second high profile player to be released by the Eagles. I don't understand this move at all, I do not understand why the Eagles refused to keep any aging player. I think Spikes still has a lot in the tank and will help out any team he goes to. Maybe the Pats will go after him.
