There are reports that coach Jeff Fisher told QB Kerry Collins that he will be the starter next year. Jeff Fisher is a great coach, however, this is just the wrong move. Collins had a productive this year, but it wasn't that great. When he is starting a lot of things have to fall in place for the Titans to get the W. The first is that he can't win a game by himself so the running game has to be effective to set up the play action, and the defense has to be dominant. If that doesn't happen Collins can't shoulder the load. Vince Young may not be the answer but at least he is a more explosive option. Everyone forgets that Vince Young was able to bring the Titans to the playoffs a couple of years ago, and that he can actually play football. Collins had a nice year, but Young is the future and Fisher needs to go to him.
