"Reggie Bush has had a setback with his surgically repaired left knee. Bush left Saints practice on Wednesday morning and later returned with his knee wrapped in ice. Bush discarded the ice after a while and continued to stand with the running backs, still wearing his jersey and shoulder pads, for the remainder of practice. But he did not participate in drills and looked stiff as he walked with a slight limp. Bush had surgery on his left knee last December to repair cartilage (Sportsline)."
I didn't like Bush coming out of college, but I have really grown to like him. Yet, I am getting worried. If Bush loses any of his speed he is all done. He can't power through tackles, and what makes him so dangerous is his speed, so if that knee can't keep it together then he is all done. If he is all done, then the Saints offense isn't going to be nearly as affective, and their playoff hopes will really take a hit. We will keep you posted.
