Pedro will never be what he was to the Sox, but that doesn't mean he can't round out a rotation with the best of them. Last night Pedro made his first start for the Phillies, and went 5 innings allowing 3 runs with 5 K's. Sure, nothing special there, but he won, and showed solid control and movement on his pitches. Listen, Pedro is an upgrade over Moyer, and that is all the Phillies need. You really have to like the Phillies chances of repeating with with what they have done during the trade deadline (Cliff Lee).
