Around The NFL: Tampa Bay Anyone?

38 Tampa Bay, 35 Arizona

Yea it seems as if they never play anyone worth while, however the best smile in football (Josh Freeman) was able to pull another game out with a timely pass to Josh Freeman's 53-yard pass to rookie Arrelious Benn that set up LaGarrette Blount's 1-yard run for what proved to be the winning score with 5:13 left. Freeman now has six fourth-quarter comebacks in 16 career starts.

oh yea this run too:

9 GB, 0 Jets
This game was awful and the least exciting game I have ever watched in my life.

35 Jacksonville, 17 Cowboys
David Garrard had the game of his life he threw four touchdown passes and walked in for another while narrowly missing a perfect quarterback rating. As for the Cowboys, ouch. Wade Phillips has to be gone now... right?

22 Dolphins, 14 Bengals
Dan Carpenter had 5 Field Goals and the Bengals fall to 2-5. This is what Carson Palmer said after the game: "It is amazing," said Palmer, who was 17 of 38 for 156 yards. "It's embarrassing. It's depressing. It's every negative word you can think of that we didn't do our job." True. Marvin Lewis has to be fired, right?

37 Detroit, 25 Redskins
What should be talked about is that the Lions looked dominant, what will be talked about is how Mike Shanahan benches Donovan McNabb for no real reason when the game is on the line. The Redskins big-name player Donovan McNabb, meanwhile, was benched for the final two possessions. Coach Mike Shanahan said Rex Grossman was more comfortable with the team's 2-minute offense.

Let's just say, that didn't work.

Grossman fumbled on his first play, Suh scooped up the football and returned it 17 yards for a touchdown. The No. 2 pick in this year's draft also had two sacks in a three-play span.

20 St. Louis, 10 Carolina
Sam Bradford is growing up in front of us. 25/ 32 with 2 tds. They now even up their record at 4.

33 Raiders, 3 Seattle
The powerhouse known as the Raiders continue to rack up points. Jason Campbell threw for 310 yards and two touchdowns, and Oakland's defense did the rest to help the Raiders even their record at the midpoint of the season with a 33-3 victory over the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday. They evened their record up at 4 also.

33 San Diego, 25 Titans
Vince Young got hurt and the Chargers took advantage. Also, that Phillip Rivers guy threw a bunch more yards again and his 5th consecutive 300 yard game.

20 Saints, 10 Steelers
Drew Brees simply didn't miss in the second half as he hit on 20 of 22 passes. A big fumble by Heat Miller sealed the game for the Saints.
